Classroom is blank
Good morning,
We have several teachers whose classrooms are left blank and, they cannot access their classes.
In some cases we have had to restore the iPad to the factory to make it work.
Just today, we had the case of a teacher who saw all her classes and suddenly got the message "server session invalidated". When she closed Classroom and reopened it, the App went blank.
We restarted the iPad, logged out of iCloud and restarted it, uninstalled Classroom and reinstalled it.
