Classroom is blank

Good morning,


We have several teachers whose classrooms are left blank and, they cannot access their classes.


In some cases we have had to restore the iPad to the factory to make it work.


Just today, we had the case of a teacher who saw all her classes and suddenly got the message "server session invalidated". When she closed Classroom and reopened it, the App went blank.


We restarted the iPad, logged out of iCloud and restarted it, uninstalled Classroom and reinstalled it.

We understand that some of your teachers are experiencing problems where they try to access Apple Classroom, and the app is blank. So we're on the same page, were these classes set up by syncing Apple School Manager, MDM or are they unmanaged classes? We have more information here: Intro to Classroom


From what you're describing, it sounds like the iPads are unable to connect to the school server, and then can't sync the data from the classes.
