Why do the new Mobility metrics in Health have no data?

Other than updating to the current OSes on my iPhone and Watch, are there other requirements for the new Mobility metrics in the Health app?

Are there regional restrictions? (I am in Canada, well-populated southern Ontario.)

All of the new metrics show under the No Data Available heading. (I only get VO2 Max, which is not new.)

Health app is miscalculating steps Hi! The Health app on my phone is definitely miscalculating the steps it’s recording. This past weekend my parents came to visit and we were walking around the same exact distance, theirs both recorded around 10.1 miles and mine was 8.2. I also sometimes pre calculate distances using Apple Maps and it’ll tell me it’s 1.1 miles to a certain location and when I check my Health app, it will have only recorded 0.7 miles or so. I feel like I’m being severely undercounted for some reason. I’ve updated to the latest iOS. My location services is on, as is Motion and Fitness. I’ve restarted my phone. I don’t know if there’s a way to calibrate the Health app. Has anyone noticed anything similar that they’ve resolved? Thanks in advance! :)

health app not receivng data from sources The iOS Health app is not receiving data from multiple sources (other apps). OMRON was working until Nov 30, 2022--then not a single data point since. A newer one (Oxiline wifi scale) has never transferred data to Health app. An even more recent one (JEFit) is working fine. I've ensured that iOS and all apps are up to date, and tried all the troubleshooting I can find online (turning off / on access on both app and iOS sides) and restarting iPhone. No luck. Anyone else? Any ideas?
