Monitor with Mac Mini

I bought Mac Mini 1M (not shipping yet) yesterday but I am not sure when I heard from YouTube. I am wonder if my Acer X233H (2007 or up) monitor and Huion Kamvas Pro 16 (2019) is working with Mac mini or not. Is Acer X233H working with Mac Mini?

Thunderbolt 2, DVI, and VGA output supported using adapters (sold separately)

HDMI 2.0 display video output

Support for one display with up to 4K resolution at 60Hz
