Detect key logger or other spyware

How can I detect (or verify) if there’s spyware or keylogger on my iPhone? Yes, somebody did have access to it and they were helping me do a system restore on their computer. I have since done two more resets but it has not eased my suspicions or glitches related to my iPhone. Somehow this person has a file with my info such as social media things, messages, contacts, what I’ve searched for on random dates. If there’s not some kind of app to help me with this, what do I look for? I have been told to look for missing apps that came with my iPhone but I don’t know what they all are. I am missing Safari and mail although I have my Gmail. I would appreciate straight answers rather than questions that try to steer me away from my concrete findings or suppositions that would reveal the idiot that I am and will readily admit to being😕

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware if it is updated to latest iOS/iPadOS, unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious softwares or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed on your device or/and have Jail Broken.

It (Hacking) also depends on how careful are you in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password etc with your friends and family members.

Be careful when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable information with friends and family members.

Thumb Rules:

Enable Guided Access before handing over an iPhone to kids
Don't share Apple IDs
Don't Jail Break
Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device and payment methods
Beware of Phishing

I specifically said that someone DID have access to my phone to do a restore and whatever else. I don’t know what he did that’s why am asking how to figure it out. Simple question: how can I figure out if unwanted spyware or keylogger is on iPhone-that’s all!!
