Playlists not showing up

I am signed into my Apple Music on my computer, Apple Music is synced on my phone, but none of my music or playlists are showing up and when I select a playlist it is only giving me previews. It's like Apple Music is not recognizing I am signed in on my computer. It offers me the "sign up for 3 months free then 9.99 per month" and when I click on that it says I'm already a subscriber. I've restarted my computer, there are no updates available, and I have turned the sync library on and off on my phone. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
