Application suspicious activity - stealing money

More than 6 years i use application Wildberries for shopping. Since December the seller stopped returning money for the cancelled orders. Lots of same problems highlighted by other users via feedback in AppStore. Lots of negative feedback wide spread in internet. But the shop does not help. I also make complaints in their application but not succeed. Could you please remove this application from AppStore? Or check their legal activity?
