iPhoto... MacOS upgrade?

I just upgraded MacOS on my MacBook Pro... have I lost all of my files/photos in iPhoto... says iPhoto is not supported?

Correct, iPhoto was discontinued several years ago and replaced with Photos. Photos can access your iPhoto Library:

Launch Photos - the icon looks like this -

with the option key held down. From the resulting dialog, choose your iPhoto Library. Photos will create a new library using your iPhotos media. Your iPhoto Library will not be changed, though it will be renamed.
