Screen scratch on macbook pro by keyboard?

I have some scratches on my MacBook Pro.. I noticed that the scratches are perfectly matched with keyboard keys, in particular backspace and the last key line (cmd, option...)

They don't go away with the normal cleaning.. How can a keyboard can scratch a lcd?

I am attaching an image, sorry for the poor quality. You should see at least the backspace imprint, the most "imprinted" on lcd.

How can I do?

Thanks in advance.
