Message app on MacBook can't run and Mac works extremely slow

Hello,

I own MacBook Pro 13 inch Mid 2015 and few days ago I started noticing problems with messages app, it was laggy and sometimes it even crashed but today I couldn't run it. I got an error message... I tried to restart Mac but it didn't work either, however after creating new user everything worked properly. If I could I would just move data from old account to new one but it is not possible to move app data, also I noticed that Mac started to work extremely slow, with almost every process its "thinking" on it... I attached the screenshot of error message and in additional text I attached full log I get.

Please help.
