iPhone Xs shut off...now stuck on Apple logo and nothing works

So I went to turn my phone back on after I restarted it as it was bugging out, and then it just came on and the Apple logo was stuck on there and has been stuck on there for hours now. The Volume Up Volume Down Power button thing doesn't work. All it does is that it just makes the screen go black, flashes something, and then the logo comes back up. Here's everything I've tried:

-Vol up, Vol dwn, Power button

-Previous sequence followed by Vol dwn and Power at the same time

-Plugged into my Windows 10 pc and it won't appear in iTunes or under "My Computer" probably because it won't even come on

-Just about everything that can be found by a basic google search

If anyone has anything new that actually works, it would be of great help.
