Large video file transfer

What is the fastest way to get my 4K video (there are two about an hour long) transferred from my phone to my computer.

I recorded them on Saturday and they still haven’t loaded in through iCloud yet, so I can’t access them on my MacBook Pro yet.

I have tried, Dropbox it just gets like 1/8 in and restarts, google drive does the same thing, I tried through google photos and it says the file is too large... I have ordered a flash drive to try that next but I don’t get the flash drive until tomorrow.

is there something else I could try that I’m missing?

moving forward I’m only going to record 20 minutes videos at a time.
