my iphone wifi is greyed out

my iphone 8 plus wifi is greyed out . i totally cannot use wifi at all . i can only use it on data . please help by giving me solution which is other than reset network setting & force restart . i have tried it multiple time but still the same things happen .

If we understand your post correctly, the Wi-Fi on your phone is greyed out and you're unable to use Wi-FI at all. We're happy to help out!

Take a look at the article below and see if possibly there might be some of kind interference that is causing your Wi-FI to be greyed out.

Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference

Does this only happen when you are connected to your home Wi-FI or does this happen when connected to any Wi-FI?
