Here is what I conclude that you do, while I am looking at your screenshot:
I. Modify your Credentials-ASAP:
Someone appears to be logging into your Google account. While in it, they are trying to get into your Apple Account. So, modify your credentials for Google and for Apple. Perhaps someone has them, and you are unaware of it.
A. Google Credentials:

II. Assign New eMail to Apple ID:
Open a New eMail account and assign it as your Apple ID

ID Verification code request?
Someone may be trying to sign your Apple ID, which would generate the request for a verification code. Since you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, as long as they can't access one of your trusted devices, they can't get a code, and sign in. You should be okay.
