Apple Watch set to wrong wrist for about a month

About a month ago, my fiancé’s cat badly scratched up my left arm, and I swapped my watch for a couple hours after to my right wrist, and changed wrist orientation. Then, I forgot I had changed the wrist, and put my watch back on my left wrist and didn’t change the orientation. It’s been like this from some time in December until today. I’m wondering how badly this has messed up the data collection Apple Watch does for Health? Do I need to delete almost a month of data, or is that mostly unaffected? Thanks.

It doesn't matter what wrist you wear it on. It just changes the display orientation.
