How to move old itunes library to different apple id

My music in iTunes on my Mac that was uploaded From CD is not visible on my phone which uses a different Apple id. How can I fix this?

How to merge iTunes library How (if possible) do I merge 2 iTunes libraries? I have 2 different accounts and I want to merge all of my music from the old, deactivated Apple ID that I don’t use anymore to my current account. Most of the music is downloaded from various sites (not purchased from the iTunes Store) and stored on my old laptop. I can no longer access the media files on that computer (hard drive issue). iTunes I have 3 devices authorized for iTunes. I recently before I wanted get rid of some my old music CD's, copy them to iTunes. I used another PC `(Windows 10) to do this. This music now appears under THAT laptop in iTunes, but not in my iTunes on my Mac. I should mention that I have a monthly subscription for iTunes as well.How do I get this fixed (my Mac does not have CD capability.
