Mac mini M1 and Ultrawide 100Hz monitor

Hello,

I am thinking of getting the new Mac mini M1. I have a 3440x1440@100Hz Ultrawide monitor (EX3501R) with HDMI, DP and USB-C connectors. Will it work with the new Mac mini @100Hz or will I be capped at 60? I currently have a late 2014 mini and it does not go above 60Hz with Display Port, but it does lower resolutions (2560x1080) at 100Hz and it's sooooo smooth.

Thank you. So basically 3440x1440 should work fine with USB-C or TB3 cable. But what about 100Hz will that work without any 3rd party apps?

I have heard of M1 Mini users reporting they have been able to get 120Hz but less resolution.

For my base M1 Mini, I run dual monitors (WQHD & 4K) at 60 Hz....
