Apple ID and Music

For privacy concers about yahoo i changed my apple id to iCloud mail a while ago, i have a apple music subscription and since then when i click to my picture in apple music it only shows some settings, choose artist and some other options are missing, same for the iphone settings, there isn’t show apple music option but i do have apple music and i can see my library etc.

i signed out and signed in many times and restarted my iphone, reinstalled apple music but the problem is not solved.

iPhone 8, iOS 14

Hello Arda513,

Have you had a chance to sign out of all devices using your Apple ID and sign back in with the new one? If not, please do so now and get back to us with your results. Can you send us a screenshot of Settings > Music? Does it show your Apple Music subscription with the steps in this link: See or cancel your subscriptions

We would like to see how we can help you with your Apple ID. Did you create a new Apple ID, or change the email associated with your Apple ID? Have you changed the Apple ID in Settings? If you changed the email associated with your Apple ID, you will need to follow the steps in this link to be sure everything is set up correctly: About your Apple ID email addresses

Thanks for your support, i followed all the instructions and signed off all my devices then logged in again, the problem is solved, this is the current music settings, i have read that the feature to choose artists was only available when first time setting up the app so my question is answered thanks for the help again.

I changed the email associated with my Apple ID and i changed my email in both

i cloud website and in the settings.
