My excel spreadsheets are upside down and text is backwards. Following online advice, I updated software (Big Sur) - no change. I also tried scrolling down, then back up and it changes it to a normal view....temporarily. When I save the document and open it again, it’s back to upside down and backwards. Any ideas?

I think you needed to update your Microsoft Office not your Operating system.
