Folders not showing up iPhone

I use Apple Mail and have a number of emails organized by folder that show up fine on my laptop - but not on my cell phone. Is there a fix for this?

Folder "On my Mac" does not appear on iCloud. When I receive an email that is routed to a certain folder on my Mac, it does not appear on my phone. I know it is because on Mac Mail app, that folder appears on the left mailbox list in "On my Mac" and not in the iCloud list. So no message on the iPhone from my MacBook. What could I do to have this folder also listed in iCloud? I want to receive those messages on my phone. Any idea? I gave up after a few days. Calling Apple is extremely difficult from Mexico.

Do Not Want my iphone and PC mail linked to each other Everytime I delete an email on my IPHONE it deletes it on my PC. How is that possible. Also, when I create folders on my mail on my PC it creates the folder on my IPHONE. I do not want my IPHONE and PC talking to each other on my mail system. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is this mail account configured as POP or IMAP? If this is a POP account and you are seeing the folders on the laptop, then they only exist on the laptop, that is how POP mail works.
