Big Sur Launchpad Icon

Can I get the "rocket ship" graphic icon back for the launchpad function in Big Sur? I thought that was such a cool icon and the new one is just....bland. I understand the launchpad function is still there under a new icon, I just miss the cool, retro, rocket ship icon.

Menus instead of action? It seems nearly every time I click on the + to add a new tab, or on the Forward or Reverse buttons, or on apps in the Dock, instead of just doing any of those actions, I get instead a dropdown menu!! I just want the new tab to open, or to go back to the previous one, forward to the next one, or the app I clicked on, to just open!! And sometimes clicking doesn't register, or grabbing the side rails won't move the position of the screen, or scrolling won't happen! I have to do something else, then try again, for it to finally do what I need doing. Why is this happening so often??

gamepad controller mapped to Launchpad Since I have upgraded to Mac OS Ventura, I see that one of the Menu buttons on my HORI Gamepad is already mapped to a function in the Mac OS. When I press this button, it automatically switches focus to the Launchpad app and shows my 'Games' installed on my Mac. I have not found a way of disabling this mapping in Mac OS in the System Settings/Game Controllers/ Anyone else have this issue?
