For whatever reason every other time I adjust my volume then lock my phone it automatically jumps to the max volume. I am wearing my AirPods every time it happens so it could be that they are glitching but this issue only started after getting the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

…and 2 years later, im still having this issue on my iphone 12 pro lol. it randomly happens to me at night and scares the **** out of me :(
This happens to my phone a lot, pressing volume up and then closing the phone the volume goes to max
I still observe this problem on 12 mini , 15.4....
It's actually not the worst idea to at least call a class action firm and see if they're interested in getting a class together. It's definitely made my ears ring for 10 minutes or more at times.
I am interested in this because I had called them twice in the past year and still no resolution.
Ive actually had my ears ring as well. Plus Almost destroyed some speakers.
They don’t want to engage in a project that is not big enough and can create other problems. Will see more often the doctors or buy more earplugs:)
Fix THIS! This is absurd and ruins my mood every time. Random blasts of audio and me frantically trying to reduce the volume is EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Do I need more caps?! Pretty please?.
