Bluetooth microphone no voice

My PAMU Quite cannot record any voices after updated to 14.3. It works fine during listening to music. I checked all the privacy settings and granted all required permission. This is very inconvenient for me I cannot use my Bluetooth bus for voice calls. The earbuds work perfectly when connecting to my 2015 MacBook Pro.

The earbuds worked fine in 13.2 and this is not a third-party application. Whenever I want to record the voice with my Bluetooth buds, it did not behave as I expected.
