Iphone 7 continues to vibrate after answering a call/no sound during calls/not recognizing headphones

iPhone continues to vibrate after answering the call and there is no sound. When I am trying to make a call there is also no sound at all. Also it can't connect to headphones. When I restart the phone it gets fixed and works perfectly for a while, but problem returns . I restored but it didn't help
