Face ID

Face ID is not working to unlock phone. It also will not reset. Message says unavailable try later. This has been going on for several days. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Thanks. An ill-fitting phone case was the problem. It was blocking the camera and distorting the picture. Once I took it off and turned phone off then turned back on it allowed me to reset my Face ID. I’m purchasing a new case.

You are welcome. Glad it was just an "interference" issue with the TrueDepth camera, and you could fix it.
