AppleRAW files overexposed.

Hey there! I shoot RAW photos on iPhone 12 Pro Max, I was really exited over this feature (finally something pro for a pro photographer) when I expose correctly everything looks normal even after the shoot, the picture on iPhone photos album looks exactly as how it was taken, but then I import it on Lightroom for edit the photo is way over exposed, the highlights are impossible to recover, basically the image doesn’t look the same, why it that?

I am wondering if Lightroom is missing an update or something weird. There is this page but it does not say much - About Apple ProRAW - Apple Support.
