Another Weird iTunes Thing

My phone keeps popping up on the devices part of my iTunes app even when it is not connected and then disappearing. Has anyone else had this happening? What should I do?

It can happen if you've enabled sync over wi-fi while it was connected. See Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support.
