Share menu not enabled

I have a brand new MacBook Air, running Big Sur 11.1

I am unable to share anything. When I try, I am taken to System preferences, which indicates that the share menu is not enabled, but I do not see a way to enable it. I found this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251093402 which recommended updating the OS (I did) and describes how to customize the below pictured extension options, however there is nothing to customize b/c it's not enabled. Thanks in advance.

In System Preferences > Extensions, no items were present for any category, and Share menu showed "Not enabled." (Config: macOS Big Sur 11.2.3.) I created another user account. Logging in as that user, the sharing options appeared as expected.

Share menu not enabled when right clicking For the last 2 months, whenever I try to share something quickly by right clicking and then selecting share, I get a "More..." option, I click it and finally opens the preferences on Extensions > Share Menu and displays "Not enabled". I've re-installed macOS Catalina and still get nothing, I've googled it and nothing. Please help. I've attached a screenshot showcasing my problem.

System Preferences always opens in the file sharing pane Set up file sharing on OS Big Sur between my iMac and MacBook Pro and since setting up the system preferences pane, when selected from the dock icon, now always opens in the File Sharing Pane on both machines. Just looking for the Terminal CMD to fix this.
