Logic won't open on Big Sur

Hi my Logic stopped working and so I updated to Big Sur.

It is now saying I need a serial number.

Can anyone help me figure this out?

Invalid Serial Number I am trying to enter my serial number to access my trade-in value for my MacBook Pro 2015, but for some reason my serial number isn't working and when I access the support portal they said to swap the 'o' with '0'. Mac Book Air 2018 logic board issue I've recently bought a Mac Book Air 2018, and after dealing with a very annoying keyboard issue (with a recall program by Apple), I now have a logic board issue!!, My warranty is past due (Jan 2020) and I can't accept that I need to spend 500 US$ to repair it!!!!! Two big problems in one year!! And there's a quality program dealing with Mac Book 2018 logic board issues, but I've been told that my serial number does not apply. Is there any chance that Apple Engineering understands that there are many other serial numbers with this issue? How should I do to make my case?? It seems pretty strange to me, to have that kind of problem in a brand new equipment.

Is it possible that the serial they are referring to is for a plugin? Certain plugins have companion apps that need to be signed into again.

It is certain that the serial request is coming from another source. Logic Pro (or X) has never had a serial number. The authentication is your Apple ID and even that is not required to run the application, just to download it.
