"Apple one" subscription doesn't work

I have a family subscription "Apple one" which expires at the 4th of Feb 2021.

Today I got a message from the Apple Music that I can't listen to music due to lack of subscription.

I've re-login to the Apple Music from my MacBook and still see the same issue.

I use one email to manage my Subscriptions where I have active "Apple one" and login to the Apple Music.

Thanks for your help,

I've contacted Apple Support and they told me, the issue is related to a trial period with Apple One which is expired soon for me. And I have to re-activate Apple One or Apple music subscription.

I don't know why it happens but after re-active this subscription - it works.

Hello mshevelov,

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to access Apple Music through your Apple One subscription.

To start, have you checked to ensure the subscription is still active? See or cancel your subscriptions

If it is active, have you ensured you're still signed in with the correct Apple ID in the Music app? Are you able to access Apple Music from any other device outside of your Mac?

If all checks out there, try force quitting the Music app itself How to force an app to quit on your Mac, and then restart your Mac to try again How to turn your Mac on or off.

Cheers!
