iām trying to download things and it wonāt let me without a verification and to see my payment method. i put it in my password and it says failed as if iām trying to buy something and it was declined. i tried deleting my card off my phone and my ipad but both say there is a subscription active on the device. i checked, there isnāt.

If you have any subscriptions, have an unpaid balance or share purchases with your Family Sharing group, you can't remove all payment information. Get helpĀ if you don't want to have a payment method attached to your Apple ID.
