Does Cellular on the Apple Watch work with the Belong Network
I know that belong uses the Telstra network so would that mean it would be able to connect with the Apple Watch cellular?

Just because a NVMO carrier buys cellular time on another network, it does not mean their business contract gives them the right to support the Apple Watch. In fact there are only a few NVMO carriers that have contracts allowing them to support the Apple Watch.
