Indexing problem with MacBook Air and macOS big sur

Indexing problem with MacBook Air and macOS Big Sur. When using the search function in MacOS or Outlook for Mac, the system cannot find the search. Please advise.

Mac Contacts keeps crashing when typing the first letter of a search I upgraded this morning to Ventura 13.1 on my M1 iMac. When I type the first letter of my search into Contacts, the app immediately closes. If I scroll through my contact list, I can bring up the file in question.

OS Ventura Spotlight show files with finder Icon and don't open its I'm using a new Mac book air M2 with Ventura. I transferred my previous mac book pro. When I search with spotlight i see the file i'm looking for, but it's showed with a finder Icon and i cannot open directly, i must chose search with finder and find it again in all the similar files. How can I fix? Spotlight search: Search in finder result:

Go to System Preferences->Spotlight and check the Privacy tab

and make sure the drives you are trying to search are not showing

up in the list. If so, remove it.

How do I separately reindex Outlook for Mac. Searches in Outlook show zero responses. Thank you for your help.
