serious issue. contantly restarting on MBP 16”

hi all.

i’ve been having issues with my mac recently and only today did it get really bad.

i was working on a song in logic and suddenly the fans whoosh at full speed for 1 second and the screen went blank.

it shut down.

it did this 5 more times and apple don’t seem to know what’s up with it.

can anyone pls take a look at these and let me know if something is standing out as seriously wrong?

thanks!

Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.

Learn what to do if your computer restarts or shuts down unexpectedly, or you get a message that your computer restarted or shut down because of a problem.

Typically third party Anti-Virus does nothing but add issues and compete directly with Apples own built in Security:

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN

also it seems an issue with Dropbox uninstall as a testthen— Verify your third party software is up to date.

that’s really helpful thanks.

ive uninstalled and cleaned as many apps as i can but the issue is still happening.

i’m having to boot in safe mode and backup before it restarts and keep repeating that process.

dropbox / adguard / sonarworks were all up to date but i’ve uninstalled them anyway.

the only thing apple have suggested is doing a complete wipe and reinstall and then drag ‘bunches’ of files back on from time machine until the issue re appears and then you’ll know which is the corrupt file.

tbh this sounds like a lot of work.

im wondering whether a clean install of all my essential apps might be the best way forward.

any advice?
