Upload Blocked

I continue to have problems across my entire MS suite of programs with "Upload Blocked We couldn't verify you have the necessary permissions to upload the file. Looks like others have had this same problem in the past six months, but no new insights since several months ago. Anyone have any suggestions? This is happening in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Popup stopped appearing in app When a user wants to upload a file to our community website from Safari, they select Upload and they should get a popup that shows the files on their local Mac. They can then select the file to upload. I have a user where this stopped working and the popup doesn't appear any longer so they can't upload files. I'm guessing there is something or a setting that is blocked. We checked Safari Preferences and nothing stands out that should be corrected. Any suggestions on what to check? Any settings that might cause this and how to unblock?

dowload folder says I don't have permission to open dowload folder says I don't have permission to open and I'm getting regular screen alerts that something has failed to download. They pop up at all different times...

Cannot open any files in File App due to security restrictions All of a sudden I can‘t open any MS Office files or pdf from the file app anymore. Everything works fine if I open the files from Onedrive, where they are located. If they are on iCloud, it doesn‘t work. The message I get with Office: „Your organization does not allow you to open this data here.“. Running iPad OS 13.2.3 on an iPad Pro 12.9.

This sounds like a problem with the Microsoft cloud storage that is included with your Microsoft software. That problem might be better addressed with Microsoft support or in the Microsoft user forums (on the Microsoft web site).
