Iphone can't get whatsapp telegram call and messages notifications

Hi,


After ios 14.3, I can't receive any notification for whatsapp and telegram messages. Also for the calls. I need to open the app first to be able to retrieve all pending messages and missed calls.


Today update to ios 14.4, but nothing happen. still the same problem. already tried all troubleshootings from the internet. but none works. restart the phone, reset notifications on whatsapp, check notifications etc


Some of the missed calls came from 1 Jan 1970. which is super weird.

Help pls


Iphone XR 128gb, never get such problem before. iMessages works fine though.

An excellent resource for missing or incomplete notifications for installed apps can be found in the "If you don't see notifications for a specific app" section: Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch


Also, be sure to ensure that the settings are correctly configured both in the iOS Settings and in the specific app settings experiencing the issue.


Check out this resource to further troubleshoot your apps if the issue continues after the above steps: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open


Since you also mentioned an issue with the time of incoming calls, a good starting point would be to check the date and time on your iPhone to ensure accuracy: Set the date and time on iPhone
