I have iPhone XR, software version 14.3
All my contact's birthdays are moved every year one day forward. For instance, if I set Sep. 28, 1966, next year I find date Sep. 27, 1966. I had the same problem with iPhone 6 few years ago. How can I fix this amazing issue?

Only by asking your profile administrator at work what time zone.
Time zone is set by your region setting and may be different if your employer is in a different region or state
I don’t know why it should mess up birthdays but I remember a similar problem was related to it

Check your time zone in Settings, Date and time
If your contacts ate hosted in a third party account like Google or Microsoft check your account settings to be the same tome zone
Time zone is OK, "Set automatically" is switched on.
My contacts are under my employer iCloud control. Do you have any idea, how can I check it?
