I was using Ideal payment method for my apple subscription. Last month, I closed the account and I wanted to remove the account from my "payment and subscription" area but I couldn't. Now, I have lost my iCloud account and other subscriptio.
When I was in the Netherlands, I subscribed to Apple iCloud account with my Dutch bank account using Ideal. After I left the Netherlands, the account I was using was closed. I wanted to change to my second Dutch account to enable me continue payment of my subscriptions but I was not able to do so. A message says that I cannot remove the existing ideal account because there is an active subscription to the account. Please I need your assistance to remove the existing ideal account "ABNA-AMRO" to enable me use another ideal account to make payment. Thanks
