storage

My ipad told me i ran out of storage so i decided to like delete some apps and some other stuff right. It was telling me i had like 47 GB of photos and i know i have a lot of photos so i know that i have all the photos on my phone so i just deleted all the photos on my ipad. I went into recently deleted and deleted it from there too. But it’s still telling me i have 47 GB on photos. What do i do.

iPhone Storage I deleted all the apps that I don't need, I deleted all the photos and videos i don't need and my storage is still the same. I even deleted everything in the recently deleted pictures and my storage is still the same. The photo bar for photos is still big even thought I dont even have that much pictures. How can I increase my storage?
