FaceTime/phone hacked?

I was on a facetime call with my sister, and suddenly someone else was on the call instead, watching me and then laughing at me. Could someone have done this by gaining accesss to my icloud account or apple id? On her end, the call was simply dropped, but a text message she immediately sent didn't show up afterward on her phone or mine.

I never made those call and no FaceTime record on my phone. I wonder if my phone or his phone got hacked. FACETIME BUG While I was sitting with my girlfriend today she received a call from “me” on facetime. The problem is that I did not call her, seeing as I was literally sitting right next to her. I didn’t get a chance to answer the call because she was already on a different call. I changed my AppleID password, but idk why it happened. Could it be that my Icloud was hacked?

Facetime Scary experience. Tried to FaceTime a family member and a stranger answered! They hung up repeatedly. They sent me an imessage saying I had wrong number even though in previous conversation thread I could see family member and my conversation. I then had family member call me on FaceTime. She was able to do and it was same account! Please check into this huge security flaw. Very scary.
