Apple can't reset my security questions, what options do I have? According to what I read, Apple team will need to reset it. I need a phone number to call. Please provide the number.

I sign in to my Apple account and password and is asking me for my security questions. Apparently they are incorrect and I want to reset my security questions but Apple said that they can't reset the security questions. I read in the community forum that Apple team need to reset the security questions and I need to call. When I look for the country and phone number which is the US, it brings me back to the same page. I really need to set up my phone. Please help!
