MyQ garage door opener on Apple Watch

My wife's Apple watch says: 'You have no devices on your account'. My iPhone Xs Max, and my

Apple Watch (4th generation) work fine. My wife's iPhone 11 connects and works fine.

I unloaded the 'MyQ' garage door app from her Apple Watch 6, and re-installed it, but it still just says 'You have no devices on your account'.

Anyone have a idea?

Chamberlain MyQ App on Apple Watch 3 Have used an Apple Watch 3 for at least two years with the MyQ (garage opener) app. A recent app update has stopped the watch from working with the app. (The app works fine on my iPhone 6 that the watch is paired with.) myQ Garage Door Opener on Apple Watch stops working Hi, I loaded myQ app to my Apple Watch and it works a few times and stops. I will open it up and it just sits on "Loading Devices...". Simple enough, 'once' I get to my phone, I uninstall from my watch and reload it then it will work for a few more times and does the same thing. It's annoying since I don't take my phone with me on runs since I have my Apple Watch (w/cell). Also, even closing it on the watch it seems to still be running ('loading devices') in the background and drains the battery (not that the Apple Watch has a great battery life anyway). Anyone have a solution other than unloading and reloading the app on the watch? Thanks!

I would suggest contacting the app developer for support with their app.
