Is my iPad being hijacked?

Im watching videos on my ipad (near my wall with my only neighbor, if it matters, theres a tv on other side) and i get a quick blip in the middle of my ipad on two different occasions, it was so quick i didnt get the full message. Something about now broadcast or playing or available...like either it was airplay, mirror or someones tv connected to my ipad? By someone not on my network?i had my EarPods on so Bluetooth was on if it matters.

is this possible? Can someone watch my ipad without my permission? I didnt try to mirror or airplay? Was it just notifying me the option of another tv showed up? ...and nothing streamed? Did i somehow stream to a tv without trying?

its never happened before now. i may have been screen recording once the first time I saw it ( dont remember first time it popped up exactly) if it matters.

the first time I thought it was a fluke so brushed it off but now its twice in a few weeks?

is someone hacking my ipad? Am i somehow hijacking their tv?

i never airplay to my apple tv did that somehow show up? I was as far away from it as possible in the house both time. The connection isnt always great.
