Mail keeps crashing

We understand you're experiencing an issue with the Mail app closing unexpectedly on your Mac, and we'd like to see if we can assist.

If your Mac is compatible with it, try upgrading to macOS Big Sur, and test for the issue there: How to upgrade to macOS Big Sur

If not, quit the Mail app, then hold Shift when launching it again to open it without any mailboxes or emails selected, and see if the issue persists.
