How to change the low battery warning notification?

Has anyone been able to find a way to change the low battery warnings that pops up on iPhone at 20%, and 10%? The goal is to change them to a lower percentages (1%, 5% etc) I know with modern Li-Ion batteries, it's not recommanded that you let your battery level go down below 20%, yet I found no way to change them to better suit me. Apple support was unhelpful.
