iPhone 5s locked not on iCloud or itunes

Hi. I think I’m stuck. But just wanted to check here first that there’s no other way around my problem. So I have an old iPhone 5s last night I thought I’d switch it on to transfer its data. (It’s not been turned on for a good year and a half possibly two!) when it had enough charge to turn in it said I needed to wait 146 minutes to enter the passcode. When that time was up I entered what I thought the passcode was but failed and it then told me I needed to wait 55minutes after that time I tried again to which “iPhone disabled, connect to iTunes” appeared. Gutted. I don’t have the laptop it’s been connected to before and don’t have a way of getting it. When I connect the iPhone to my current laptop it says to sync geek squad phone please accept on phone (along those lines) which of course I can’t do because my phone screen is locked. My question is - is there absolutely no way around getting my data back from this phone? Thank you
