Totally understand top portion and yes, I do all of that on all devices.

I currently use suddenlink.net for my internet and email provider. I am replacing internet with Frontier Communications. I will still have email capabilities with suddenlink until i can find a better replacement. I have not done any research with any of the companies. AoL, gmail and many others.

Are you stating that you use your internet provider as email provider also? Sorry not very tech savvy so excuse me questioning you.

When mail accounts are added https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mail/mail35803/mac

The previous internet service provider mails will completely sync in the new mail account with new internet service provider .

If you are using iPhone / iPad sync those mails from devices to Mac iCloud Mail not syncing across devices - Apple Community

And download them to the inbox of the mail account of your first internet service provider as mail resides on server , copying mails in V7 folder works both for IMAP / POP accounts ( you can drag and drop few mails / if they are massive Move or copy emails in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
