alarm clock crashes when I try to add an alarm

You must be using Beirut time zone

go to general-settings-date & time- uncheck set automatically and use Cairo instead of Beirut

there seem to be a bug in the Beirut time zone

I started experiencing the same problem with calendar time set up & with alarm set up recently. I changed my time zone to Cairo as you suggested & both calendar & alarm are working. Must be an error with the ios14.4 which I downloaded recently.

Apple seems to have a bug with Beirut time zone, and they should be aware of it.

The only way to make it work is to disable the automatic time zone and choose Cairo instead, it will work for now until Apple solve the issue 🤓

had the same issue, iPhone X and iPad Pro running 14.4 and then 14.4.1 with both versions it crashes due to Beirut time zone. Changed to Nicosia and works.

Indeed Beirut time zone is the issue here, just like anything else that is happening to our beloved country.

You can use Jerusalem time zone instead so you don’t have an issue with daylight savings etc..

It’s a shame that after all these complaints, Apple Support are not doing anything about it and letting their users guess a work around. Makes you wonder why you pay the big dollars for an iPhone.. I may have to study other options in the next phone upgrade.

Ok try this,keep beirut in time zone if u r in beirut and go to language and region and change region to lebanon and try the alarm it will work i’ve been fixing all iphones here in beirut try it plz then reply

Hello, i had this problem and i just fixed it u need to go on ur date and time and get the 24h off as well as the automatic time, next change ur location to United Kingdom! Thats it

I solved it by going to setting, Date and Time tab, stop automatic time option, then change location to your nearest location that has your same time zone. Save and it should work well again.

They guy's right about the Beirut glitch, but don't use Cairo as they don't do Daylight Savings Time. Use Istanbul and you'll always be ok (always same time as Beirut).

Had the same problem with the timezone set to Ponta Delgada (Açores). The issue gets fixed by changing to another city the the same timezone

I found the solution, go to country and region and put the precise country that u r in then the alarm will work and so will the calender
