Apple music not syncing

I am signed in on a different apple ID for iTunes and AppStore on my main phone, and I'm trying to sync my apple music because I want to listen to music. I used both of the Apple ID's and neither of them are syncing. I am in a family plan and it says I need to subscribe again. I think I have 2 separate accounts in apple music because it isn't showing my library but someone else's. Is there anyway to access my Apple Music Library?

If you have two subscriptions, one for each ID, they won't sync between the IDs. You would need to use the same ID for the subscription to sync.
