USB-C ports not working and battery dead since i was not able to charge

My macbook's usb c ports are not working. When i connected a memory card, it was not getting connected, i thought might be card's issue. Later when battery went down, i realized i cannot even charge the machine. The macbook powered off. I tried connecting charger but it was not getting charged. it gave sign to connect charger 3 to 4 times and now it's dead completely. i tried all the ways later to reset SMB but since it has left with no power in it so i believe that SMB reset will not work either.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.1
