core audio crashes when launching Logic

How can I get Logic to stop crashing core audio every time I start it? It used to only do it when I was changing sample rates, but now it does it every single time. I haven't even figured out how I've got it to eventually work, which means I have to trouble shoot every time. It makes me look really good when clients come over.

When I say it crashes, I mean there is no system audio - no Tidal, youtube, etc. In ilLogic, even though theres a visible sound wave on the tracks that I'm playing, there is nothing on the meters.
